1. Digital Products – No Returns

All products sold on www.epicfestival.shop are digitally delivered items (such as eBooks, PDFs, audio/video files, templates, etc.). Because of the nature of digital products:

❌ We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the product has been downloaded or delivered.

Digital products cannot be “returned” like physical items, and once delivered, they cannot be taken back.

2. Refund Eligibility – Rare Exceptions

We may issue a refund in limited situations, such as:

• 🧾 Duplicate purchase – You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product.

• 📂 Corrupted or missing files – If the product file is broken, incomplete, or missing, and we are unable to resend a working version.
